What is covered so far
Communities: Digambar Jain, Mali. States: Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan. This describes the reporting published here, not where Match & Wed operates platforms.
How these are written
Every summary is written from scratch by Match & Wed after reading the sources named on it. We do not reproduce a publisher's text or their photographs. Where a figure comes from a source — an attendance, a number of registrations — it is attributed to that source rather than stated as fact, because we did not count it.
Naming an organisation here says nothing about our relationship with it. Match & Wed has no partnership, sponsorship or endorsement arrangement with any organisation described on these pages, in either direction, and reporting on a gathering is not a recommendation to attend it. Anything to do with attending, registering or paying is between a family and the organisers, whose own announcements are the authority — not this page.
We publish no contact details, no organiser phone numbers and no candidate or member information from any of this. The privacy policy covers what this website does and does not collect.
Corrections
These are summaries of other people's work and some of them will be wrong. If something here is inaccurate, out of date, or describes your organisation in a way you would not recognise, write to us and we will correct or remove it. Corrections are shown on the page they affect, with the date, rather than applied quietly.
If you are searching for a match rather than reading about the ecosystem, start with how community matrimony works. The safety guidance and what verification actually establishes are the two pages worth your time, and they hold whichever platform you end up using.
