Mali Sagai in Ahmedabad
The main centre of Mali Sagai activity in Gujarat, and the state’s only city page so far.
Ahmedabad is where Mali Sagai’s Gujarat coverage is concentrated, and it is the only city in the state with enough members for a page of its own so far. Searching here is different from searching in a Rajasthan district: members are more likely to have moved for work or study, so the city on the profile is often not where the family is from. For a family in Ahmedabad that cares about native place — and many do — the field is on every profile, kept separate from the current city, and is worth reading before anything else. The app does not rank one above the other or guess which matters to you. Both are shown because both are questions families actually ask, usually in the first conversation.
